What is Jaunty Birds?
Jaunty Birds is a destination for bird lovers to discover unique, fun bird cards. Each illustration is created by me right here in Texas- crafted by hand to delight and inspire nature fans everywhere!
Pricing, payment, and order minimums
All wholesale prices are 50% of the set retail prices. At this time, I am unable to extend credit terms to buyers, and orders must be paid in full at time of order placement. A minimum opening order of $42 is required, plus the cost of shipping. There is a minimum reorder amount of $35, plus the cost of shipping.
Card packaging for your store
Each card is handmade especially for your store, and is ready for retail display: the card comes with a sturdy brown kraft self-sealing A7 envelope, and the card and envelope are together in a cello sleeve. I like to include a coordinating bird sticker as well! On the cello sleeve is a small sticker at the top indicating the name of the bird and the message inside (or blank inside).
What is the order turnaround time?
Please allow 10-15 business days for production. I am solely responsible for all production and I do everything I can to fulfill orders quickly for you. However, please keep in mind that due to the handmade nature of my small batch production process, lead times may also change unexpectedly. I will always keep you informed and communicate any changes to you promptly. Large orders or those placed during busy seasons are also subject to longer lead times.

Shipping
We currently ship to USA addresses only. There is a flat rate shipping fee of $7 for the retailer. All orders are shipped with tracking.
Damaged or defective orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me at hello@jauntybirds.com within 5 days of receiving a damaged or defective product. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt or if returned without contacting me to report damage or defects as outlined above. The retailer is responsible for all return shipping charges. I will send a digital invoice for the additional charges that must be paid.
Returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Wholesale orders are handmade especially for your store once it is ordered. Therefore, merchandise may not be returned. I will only accept returns or exchanges in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of order placement. No cancellations accepted after this time point.
